Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the services provided by ADV IT Performance Corp ("ADV Strategy Pro," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI-powered marketing intelligence services including:

• Free AIO Readiness Score — automated website analysis and scoring (0-100)
• Landing Page + Research ($500) — 1 AEO-optimized page + 20 research documents, deployed with SSL & CDN
• Multi-Page Package ($1,500) — 3-5 pages with cross-linking strategy, full research foundation
• Full Website ($2,500) — up to 7 pages with all 13 AI agents, Google Ads blueprint, and analytics

3. Delivery

Reports and deliverables are generated by our AI-powered research pipeline and delivered digitally. Standard delivery timeline is 24-72 hours from payment confirmation. Complex deployments (Growth Engine tier) may require up to 7 business days.

All deliverables are provided in digital format (PDF, Markdown, or deployed web pages). No physical goods are shipped.

4. Payment

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• One-time payments are charged at the time of purchase
• We accept all major credit/debit cards

5. Refund Policy

Because our services involve immediate AI research execution, we operate under the following refund policy:

• Before research begins: Full refund available within 1 hour of purchase if processing has not started
• After research begins: No refund, as AI computing resources have been consumed. We will work with you to address any quality concerns with the deliverables
• Free AIO Score: No charge, no refund applicable

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all deliverables for your business purposes. This includes reports, strategies, content, and deployed landing pages.

You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the deliverables without a separate partnership agreement.

The underlying AI systems, pipeline architecture, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of ADV IT Performance Corp.

7. Data & Accuracy

Our reports are generated using AI-powered research grounded in real-time data scraping and verified competitor analysis. However:

• Market data and competitor analysis are based on publicly available information
• AI-generated insights should be validated against your internal business knowledge
• We mark unverified claims with [NEEDS VERIFICATION] tags
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue figures

8. Limitation of Liability

ADV IT Performance Corp provides marketing intelligence and infrastructure services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or malicious data to our systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI pipeline or proprietary processes
• Use our services for illegal purposes or to harm competitors through deception
• Overwhelm our systems with automated requests (rate limits apply)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
