ADV IT Performance Corp ("ADV Strategy Pro," "we," "us") is a Canadian corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We provide AI-powered marketing intelligence services including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) audits, strategic research reports, and digital infrastructure deployment.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services:

• Website URL — to perform AEO audits and competitor analysis
• Email address — to deliver reports and communicate about your order
• Company name — to personalize your research deliverables
• Payment data — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers
• Usage analytics — anonymized page views via Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your AIO Readiness Score and qualification report
• To deliver purchased Intelligence Reports and strategy documents
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send order confirmations and deliverables via email
• To improve our service quality through aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Google Cloud Platform — secure infrastructure hosting
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics

Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and maintains industry-standard security certifications.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of our business relationship plus 12 months. Qualification reports and AEO scores are retained for 90 days after generation. Payment records are retained as required by Canadian tax law (7 years).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct — update any inaccurate information
• Delete — request permanent deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (GA4) for understanding usage patterns. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encryption. Our API runs on Google Cloud Run with automatic scaling and built-in DDoS protection. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
