A B2B SaaS platform losing visibility as procurement teams shifted from RFP sites to AI-assisted vendor research. Direct competitors had similar feature parity but stronger AI citations. The team needed three distinct positioning pages — one for travel management companies, one for the marketplace, one for enterprise — each indexable by Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on the first crawl.
