ADV QBO Assistant — End-User License Agreement

1. Parties and scope

This agreement is between ADV IT Performance Corp., an Ontario, Canada corporation ("Publisher"), and the user of "ADV QBO Assistant" (the "App"). The App is a private, internal tool. It is not offered or sold to other businesses.

2. Licence

The Publisher grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for the internal business purposes of ADV IT Performance Corp. and its authorized personnel only. You may not sublicense, resell, distribute, or give third parties access to the App.

3. What the App does

The App connects to the company's own QuickBooks Online Canada company through Intuit OAuth 2.0. It reads accounting data (chart of accounts, invoices, payments, deposits, expenses, journal entries, reports) to support the company's bookkeeping review. It can propose corrections. Any change is written to QuickBooks only after explicit approval by an authorized company user. The App does not delete data automatically, send invoices, move money, or file taxes.

4. User responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every accounting entry before it is written to QuickBooks. The App's proposals are suggestions only.

5. No tax or legal advice

The App and its output are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional where needed.

6. Credentials

The App never asks for or stores your QuickBooks password. Access is granted through Intuit OAuth 2.0 and can be revoked at any time (see the Disconnect page).

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for losses arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

The Publisher may suspend or end access at any time. On termination, access is revoked and the licence ends.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
